AS JUDGES SAYS " it was hard to select top 3 in between 157 pictures send to this site but when it becomes a matter of real work of art with the talent of photography the list became shorter , the deep look of an artist is rear but the shortlisted pictures are very minutely verified again and again. Praxis is now a proud for Badkulla so the judgment has to be exact , I hope the viewers are agree with our judgement . Hope we will get more talented photographers next year . Best of luck ."
